Hi There!

Born and raised in the Netherlands as an only child, I grew up with parents with a love for travel. From a young age, they took me on countless adventures, and I eagerly documented every trip in my trusty travel diaries. My dad, a self-proclaimed videographer and occasional photographer, was always armed with a camera during our trips. As a little girl, I either demanded, “Don’t film me!” or begged, “Let me do it!” because even then, I knew I didn’t just want to be in the photo—

I wanted to create it.

 

Fast forward to 2019, I decided to take my love for photography more seriously, and in 2023, I finally invested in my very own camera. 

 

Now, I’m taking the leap to share my stories and view of the world with you through this blog, Luv Letters to the World ❤️.

 

Why the name? Because that’s exactly what this blog feels like. For years, I’ve written about every detail that makes a place, a culture, or a person special—as if crafting a love letter to each new experience. Pairing that with my photography, I hope to show you why this world is so worth exploring.

 

Currently, I’m sharpening my storytelling skills with a National Geographic masterclass to bring you even more captivating tales through my lens. 

 

One thing I know for sure? This world could use a little more love —one story, one photo, and one adventure at a time.
