Privacy Policy for Luvly Talks App
Luvly Privacy Policy (Effective September 2026)
Luvly ("we", "us") is a conversation and personal-reflection app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.
Information we collect
-
Account details — your email, first name and display name, so you can sign in and we can personalise the app.
-
Your reflections — the answers you save in "My Luv Letters". These are private to your account and stored so you can see how your perspective changes over time.
-
Favourites and preferences — questions you favourite and your language choice.
-
Online rooms — when you play an online room, the answers you submit in that session are shared with the other participants in that room.
-
Sign-in providers — if you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive your email and name from that provider to create your account.
Payments:
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card details. We only record which one-time unlock you own so we can enable it on your account.
What we do not do:
We do not show ads, we do not use third-party advertising or tracking, and we do not sell your personal information.
How your data is used:
Only to provide the app: to authenticate you, store and show your reflections, run online rooms, and unlock content you've purchased. That's it.
Data retention & deletion:
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. This removes your account and your private reflections from active use. You can also email us and we will delete your data on request.
Children:
Luvly is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes:
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
